Hmm...interesting. Just curious, who has the power to fire a president of a company??? :b

Also, I thought Larroca was on Uncanny now? Or is he gone from X-books alltogether now? I'm slightly behind on the X-books, so all of the issues I have of XXM are still drawn by Larroca. Anyway, If Larroca is gone all together, then I wish that comic book companies will contract their artists for longer periods of time.

I remember that Uncanny X-men had Byrne and then another artist for years and years...it was so nice to see that they knew how to draw each character inside and out and could bring out the best from each character.

Now, I can tell when new artists are brought in, they have to get used to the nuances of each character, and just when they are getting comfortable, they usually leave. I'm not sure if this is because the artists themselves decide to leave (which probably happens), or a company like Marvel has a large pool of old and new artists that they need to rotate in and out, seeing as there probably are a lot more comic book artists out there than 20, 30 years ago.

At the risk of angering future comic book artists out there, I kind of wish that american comics would take a page from mangas, and have just one artist for as long as the artist can last, or as long as the book lasts...
