Delvian - I enjoyed your postings, so please don't feel you didn't say anything! You've put as much thought into your position as anyone else has, and you kept things sensible and evel keeled. We're discussing, debating, arguing, whatever. So long as it doesn't resort to name calling and shouting, everyone's supposed to chime in.

Nick - Like Swts, I just want to say I enjoy your posts as well because you're not "bible thumping" if I may be so bold. You obviously have a very strong spiritual take on the matter. I'm actually a little envious of that! We may not agree all the way, but that's a good thing. So don't hold back. Speak up and stand up or shut up and get out. (That's a quote I'm paraphrasing, by the way. I'm just using it to illustrate a point, not lay down an ultimatum to you!) ;)

new mgst - Being raised Roman Catholic, I know that "tug of war" that goes on inside a gay person when concerned their religious beliefs. That war has lead me to fall away from going to Church because it feels to me like it's a betrayal, not only of my sexual identity but also of my religious faith. How can I enjoy the community and bond of the congregation when the ideology it follows brands me a willful sinner who can't or won't seek forgiveness for his "sin"?

The Log Cabin Republicans often make me remember that anything is possible in this world. Somehow their very nature sounds absurdist, but they're real and they're genuine.

A best movie ever thread? Hey, I'm game for that! I don't recall seeing one here for a while, so why not? :D
