"omGOSH bARD You say that women have inferior Jobs.? That sounds kinda sexist? but anywho.. I personally think Women and Men balance each other... if the truth of strength is concerned,,, mental and physical have to be applied and both are the same to me."

I did not say women have inferior jobs. I did say that they tend to have more jobs at the bottom of the pecking order, and they do tend to make less.

At no point have I said men are better or women or lesser.

I did say that there is plenty of discrimination in the workforce. And I also said that a woman who is determined to rise to the stop can. I gave the example of Carly Fiorina, the CEO of Hewlett Packward. Other examples are Oprah WInfrey, CEO of Harpo, Martha Stewart, CEO of Martha Stewart Omnimedia (and formerly on the board of the New York Stock Exchange), Ssenator Hillary Clinton and National Security Advisor Condoleeza.

However, this does not take away from the fact that they usually prefer to hire women in support jobs which are at the bottom of the pecking order. The sexism is in the people who are doing the hiring.

Also, many males hire females as support staff because they are hoping to get lucky. In some professions, like trading or investment banking, the trader or brokers will hire young male assistants just out of high school or just out of college. But they would never hire a male over 30 or above. Sounds sugar daddyish. LOL.

I'm just pointing out discrimination occurs at all levels of society, and people do prejudge others. That does not make anyone better or worse than others.
