Kiera Knightly sounds like the best of that bunch you picked, Fenix, though they were all gREAT candidates. (I'm glad to see you're not against so-called "older women" like Demi playing WW as well!)

I adore Charisma Carpenter, but I don't know if she can carry off the tiara and bracelets. Charisma has a very modern look. She's very much the face of today, if you will.

Liz Hurley is too beautiful...very delicate! Again, I see her maybe as being another character. Hippolyta or Crice.

Cripes! Half of the women people have suggested I've said would be better suited to play either Queen Mum or Witch Skank! I may have some issues with women I wasn't aware of! :p :rolleyes

I've heard stories that Kate Becks is kind of a spoiled princess in real life. Yes, the personal life of the actress or actor should not impinge on their performance in a role, but I also can't say I've been fond of her acting abilities either. :|

Jennifer Connelly would need to bulk up a bit to play Diana. I remember seeing her on the Oscar broadcast last year and thinking, "Where did all her lovely curves go? She's a stick!" Other than that bitchy image critique, she's a great actress who can pull off the strength of character and innocence of spirit necessary for WW. A strong candidate!

At this rate, though, Wonder Woman will become something like that new "Starsky & Hutch" movie that's coming out soon. It's be parody/comedy with Anna Farris (a good actress, I'm not really dissing her!) playing a kltuzy nerd girl who becomes Wonder Woman by drinking the Amazon Elixir or some such, all so she can show up her pretty girl enemies and get the hunk by the movie's end.

And that, folks, ain't Wonder Woman! :nono: :x :eek
