Ultimate Jean and the End Jean are still "Jean's". They aren't a seperately named character trying to leech off Jean's characteristics. It's when they try to pass off derivative characters as unique that it becomes a problem.

I already listed the tons of similarities they have. How is that NOT considered a rip off? Definition:Something, such as a film or story, that is clearly imitative of or based on something else.

Try creating a character named Mucky Mouse in Mickey Mouse style and make a cartoon out of it. Have him dress up exactly like Mickey and even talk like him. Try and sell it and tell me you won't have Disney on your butt faster than Rachel falling down a flight of stairs.
